Reset the internet connection in Windows

Software: Windows 7, 8 & 10 | Last modified on 2018-06-19

Execute these commands if you experience problems with an unstable or constantly timed out connection.

[Solution 1] Reset the network settings

  1. Open the Command Prompt (Admin) or PowerShell (Admin).
  2. Execute ipconfig /renew
  3. Execute ipconfig /flushdns
  4. Execute netcfg -d
  5. Restart the computer.
